What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for technical service requests from Amazon Corporate and its subsidiary employees worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive technical support, ensuring that employees have the IT equipment and services they need to perform their jobs effectively. You will travel between buildings as required, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional service.

You will actively look for innovative process improvements and participate in teams to implement changes that enhance the support experience. Your role will involve acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant IT policies, enabling you to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
