What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will implement technical solutions and provide support for computer hardware and software across a defined geographical area. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve working closely with other team members to identify and address technical challenges, contributing to the overall efficiency of Amazon Operations.

You will also have the opportunity to develop new technology in-house and support the launch of new Amazon Operations facilities. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will help you navigate challenges and deliver solutions that enhance operational performance. You will take ownership of your responsibilities and work diligently to support the needs of the organization.
