What you'll do
In this role, you will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware and software across various Amazon Operations sites. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve network engineering and troubleshooting, as well as providing support for operating systems and enterprise applications.
You will work closely with other IT professionals to develop new technology solutions in-house and support the launch of new Amazon Operations facilities. Your role is crucial in maintaining the speed and accuracy that Amazon is known for, and you will play a vital part in delighting customers by ensuring that packages are delivered efficiently.
