Desirable

Experience with IT infrastructure and a background in customer service are advantageous. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus, as is any experience in a logistics or operations environment.

What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will be responsible for providing nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. Your role will involve implementing technical solutions and ensuring that computer hardware and software operate smoothly across various sites in your geographical area. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, whether that involves supporting IT infrastructure, developing new technology in-house, or assisting in the launch of new Amazon Operations facilities. You will work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively.

You will also be involved in the training of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of Amazon's operations, as you will be a vital piece of the puzzle in delivering exceptional service to customers. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects that enhance the technology used in operations, allowing you to develop your skills further and advance your career within the company.
