What you'll do

As an IT Support Associate II, you will be responsible for providing nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. You will work closely with the operations team to resolve technical issues that arise within Amazon facilities. Your role will involve troubleshooting a variety of technical problems across multiple disciplines, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational performance. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the launch of new Amazon Operations facilities and in delighting customers by ensuring packages are delivered on time.
