Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical roles that involve AI technologies. You possess a strong understanding of how to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products, and you have a proven track record of defining product vision and strategy. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and applied scientists, sets you apart as a leader in your field.
You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate with senior leadership to present product strategies and insights. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve product outcomes. You are passionate about building products that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
Desirable
Experience with GenAI technologies or similar AI-driven platforms is a plus. Familiarity with multimedia content processing and automation tools will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for agentic workflow tools designed for program managers. You will define and deliver AI-powered platforms that generate insights from multi-modal data, automating complex downstream tasks to enhance decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include establishing clear perspectives on tool standardization and presenting learnings to senior leadership across multiple organizations.
You will partner with and influence applied scientists, senior engineers, and operations leaders to build solutions that meet business team needs. Collaborating closely with applied science and engineering teams, you will ensure that task-based AI tools seamlessly integrate with business-specific workflows. Your role will involve advocating for user needs and driving product enhancements based on feedback and data analysis.
