What you'll do

As a Channel Team Lead, you will define, build, and execute the delivery process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage closely with the delivery team, developing and maintaining a highly motivated workforce. Your role will involve continuously improving the delivery process to attain a sustained level of delivery performance through process enhancements and training improvements.

You will initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve overall performance. You will support the Delivery Station site lead in performance management and driving the operational plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
