What you'll do

As the Channel Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Account Development Executives responsible for acquiring and managing local retail partners in the Hub Delivery program. Your role will involve providing practical coaching on prospecting, onboarding, and performance management to ensure your team executes the Hub Delivery model consistently. You will monitor key performance indicators related to acquisition, activation, and delivery quality, ensuring that your team achieves a target of 98.5% successful deliveries.

You will align your team's activities with regional growth objectives, balancing short-term execution with the long-term scalability of the program. Acting as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, you will work to deliver the best results for Amazon's customers. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting a culture of excellence and accountability, enabling your team to succeed in a goal-oriented environment.
