Overview

Amazon is hiring a Channel Team Lead for their Hub Delivery program in Brazil. You'll supervise and coach a team of Account Development Executives to achieve acquisition and performance goals. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally with experience in managing teams focused on sales or account development. Your ability to coach and develop team members is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to align team activities with broader business objectives. You thrive in environments where you can drive performance and accountability, ensuring that your team meets high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify systemic issues and implement corrective action plans effectively. Your experience in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) equips you to guide your team in achieving or exceeding targets consistently. You understand the importance of fostering a culture of commitment and excellence within your team, motivating them to excel in their roles.

What you'll do

As the Channel Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. You will provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring that your team executes the Hub Delivery model consistently. You will monitor team performance against KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and delivery quality, ensuring that the ADEs drive partner performance to meet or exceed the target of 98.5% successful deliveries.

You will align team activities with regional growth objectives for the Hub Delivery program, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability. Acting as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, you will work to deliver the best results for Amazon's customers. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting a culture of accountability and excellence in the field, enabling your team to succeed in a goal-oriented environment.
