What you'll do

As the Channel Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Account Development Executives responsible for acquiring and managing local retail partners within Amazon's Hub Delivery program. You will provide hands-on coaching in prospecting and performance management, ensuring that your team consistently executes the Hub Delivery model. You will monitor team KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and delivery quality, striving to achieve a target of 98.5% successful deliveries. Your role will involve aligning team efforts with regional growth objectives, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability. You will act as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, driving solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
