You have a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally with experience in managing teams focused on sales or account development. What you'll do
As the Channel Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), guiding them in the acquisition, onboarding, and management of local retail partners within Amazon's Hub Delivery program. You will provide hands-on coaching in prospecting and performance management, ensuring that your team consistently executes the Hub Delivery model effectively.
You will monitor team performance against key metrics, ensuring that ADEs achieve or exceed the target of 98.5% successful deliveries. Your role will involve identifying systemic issues within territories and implementing action plans to address them, ensuring continuous improvement in performance.
Strategically, you will align team activities with regional growth objectives for Hub Delivery, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability. You will act as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, driving solutions that yield the best results for customers.
