Amazon is hiring a Channel Team Lead to supervise and guide a team of Account Development Executives in the Hub Delivery program in Brazil. This leadership role combines field execution with strategic vision to achieve acquisition and performance goals.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in leadership roles, particularly in managing teams focused on account development and partner management. Your experience includes coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance and meet ambitious targets. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards in delivery and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within your team.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to monitor KPIs effectively and identify systemic issues that may arise in the territories you oversee. Your strategic mindset allows you to align team activities with regional growth objectives, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex challenges that may arise in partner operations.

What you'll do

As the Channel Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model. You will provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management, promoting a culture of responsibility and commitment. Monitoring team performance against KPIs will be a key responsibility, ensuring that your team meets or exceeds the target of 98.5% successful deliveries.

You will align your team's activities with the broader regional growth objectives of the Hub Delivery program, balancing immediate execution needs with the long-term scalability of the initiative. Acting as a point of escalation for complex partner or operational challenges, you will work to implement corrective action plans and drive results that enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in enabling your team to thrive in a goal-oriented environment, ensuring that they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
