Desirable

Experience with green-field and brown-field projects is a plus, as is familiarity with highly automated fulfillment centers and cross-dock facilities. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives to develop and deliver world-class sortation and transportation systems. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to design solutions that meet the needs of Amazon's logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design of both template-based and custom solutions, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and efficiency.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to implementation, and will be responsible for process designs that complement each design. Your ability to solve complex problems will be crucial as you navigate the challenges of designing systems that integrate advanced technologies.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of innovation within your team. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving projects forward and achieving operational excellence.
