What you'll do
As a Maintenance Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the maintenance operations across your site, leading a team of Area Maintenance Managers and their teams. You will develop and implement strategic maintenance programs that drive operational excellence and ensure the reliability of robotics and material handling equipment. Your role will involve balancing proactive planning with real-time problem resolution, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with operations teams to coordinate maintenance activities and respond to emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of maintenance leaders, providing mentorship and guidance to your team members.
