What you'll do
As a Maintenance Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the maintenance operations across your site, ensuring that all robotics and material handling equipment are functioning optimally. You will lead a team of Area Maintenance Managers, developing strategic maintenance programs that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve balancing proactive planning with real-time problem resolution, ensuring that maintenance activities do not disrupt operations. You will collaborate closely with operations teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and respond to emergencies. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, encouraging your team to innovate and improve processes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of maintenance operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of Amazon's operations.
