What you'll do
In this role, you will be operationally responsible for a data center, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the performance of your team, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing efficient capacity for our customers. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training data technicians, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational demands. You will also be responsible for developing and updating internal tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
