You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in logistics or delivery services. Your experience includes managing teams and driving performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency. What you'll do
As the Site Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the delivery station, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for expanding and managing UTR and OTR operations, focusing on people and performance management. Your role will involve developing and reporting performance metrics, providing executive updates, and conducting forecasting and budgeting analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
You will design and implement enterprise-wide programs aimed at performance improvement and cycle time enhancement for returns and delivery experiences. Collaborating closely with team leads, you will ensure that operational goals are met and that the team maintains a high bar for deliverables. Your insights into emerging industry practices will help you address business challenges effectively and drive continuous improvement across the station.
