What you'll do
As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the ASIN Forecasting team within the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of advanced data pipelines and predictive models that provide valuable insights to business leaders. You will work closely with your team to solve complex technology challenges and ensure the efficient use of resources and technologies.
You will collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable products that meet the evolving needs of Amazon customers. This includes assembling project teams, assigning responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion. You will also be involved in mentoring and growing your team of engineers, helping them to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to guide the team in implementing best practices for software development and infrastructure management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the products developed are of the highest quality and can scale effectively as demand grows. Your leadership will be key in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
