Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in process improvement and training, ideally with experience in logistics or operations. You are skilled in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, enabling you to design and implement effective training programs that enhance operational efficiency. Your problem-solving abilities allow you to tackle complex challenges and drive continuous improvement within the organization. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts when necessary. You possess excellent communication skills, which help you effectively onboard new partners and facilitate training sessions.
What you'll do
As a Learning Analyst at Amazon Logistics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion of the EDSP network. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon's systems and tools. Your role will involve creating comprehensive training materials and leading training sessions to equip the EDSP team with the necessary skills for success. You will also conduct quality audits and measure performance metrics to drive improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support network-level excellence by implementing best practices and standardizing processes across the delivery network.
