You have extensive experience in logistics and operations management, ideally with a focus on last-mile delivery. Your background includes managing complex networks and partnerships, ensuring that service quality and cost efficiency are prioritized. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee a network of approximately 50 last-mile operational nodes, ensuring that each node operates efficiently and meets performance standards. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with field operations leaders to address and resolve issues that may impact service delivery. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality while managing costs. You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Additionally, you will be involved in the expansion of the External Delivery Service Provider (EDSP) Program, working closely with regional partners to optimize delivery processes.
