You have previous experience in operations, particularly in a vendor flex, fulfillment, or warehouse environment. You possess a strong sense of responsibility and are committed to maintaining ethical and reliable behavior in all situations. You are computer literate and comfortable using various software tools to support your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to communicate effectively with external partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the daily operations at the site, acting as a key point of contact between operations and related stakeholders, including supply chain, retail, and transportation teams. You will conduct analysis and monitor key metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include communicating with external partners and Turkish and regional stakeholders through various channels, including email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings. You will also be involved in problem-solving any issues that arise during operations, which may require you to work physically on the ground as a supervisor or auditor across shifts.
