Who you are
You have a strong background in developing machine learning infrastructure and frameworks, with experience working closely with open source communities to influence future directions. Your technical expertise allows you to optimize frameworks for cloud-scale machine learning accelerators, ensuring an outstanding user experience for developers using PyTorch and JAX.
You are familiar with the latest capabilities of leading ML frameworks and have a robust understanding of technologies such as XLA and Hugging Face transformers. Your motivation to achieve results drives you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including compiler, training, and inference optimization groups.
What you'll do
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and enhance support for PyTorch and JAX on AWS Neuron, working to optimize these frameworks for AWS's Inferentia and Trainium accelerators. You will engage closely with the PyTorch and JAX communities, ensuring that the frameworks leverage their latest capabilities to improve performance and usability for ML model developers.
You will collaborate with various teams across AWS Neuron to deliver an outstanding user experience, focusing on the integration of machine learning frameworks with AWS's cloud infrastructure. Your role will involve extending support for these frameworks, ensuring they meet the needs of developers and contribute to the broader open source ecosystem.
