Your expertise in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software makes you the go-to person for your team, and you're skilled at training others in its use. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to ensuring that technicians have the parts they need to maintain equipment availability.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement new functionalities — your ability to communicate effectively with both local and global teams ensures that issues are escalated appropriately. You are proactive in managing spare parts stock levels and have experience working with procurement to find efficiencies and savings.

What you'll do

As the Maintenance Engineering Planner, you will be responsible for asset and spares management, ensuring that all equipment and spare parts are accurately recorded in the CMMS. You will lead the planning of preventative maintenance activities, ensuring that technicians are assigned the necessary tasks to maintain high equipment availability. Your role will involve compiling equipment information and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements based on your findings.

You will act as the site lead for the CMMS, training the local engineering team in its use and ensuring that the system is run in line with IntlRME standards. You will participate in coordinated projects and improvement programs, rolling out new functionalities and procedures as needed. Your ability to forecast and assign required preventative maintenance will be crucial in providing a high level of service to internal customers.
