Who you are

You have experience in maintenance engineering and asset management, with a strong understanding of preventative maintenance planning. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CMMS software, you are skilled in extracting and analyzing data to support engineering operations. You are proactive in training teams and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.

You possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage spare parts stock levels effectively and ensure technicians have the necessary resources. Your analytical mindset allows you to compile performance metrics and machine histories, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. You are comfortable collaborating with procurement and engineering teams to identify efficiencies and cost savings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for asset and spares management, ensuring that all equipment and spare parts are accurately recorded in the CMMS. You will lead the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring that all required maintenance tasks are forecasted and assigned to technicians. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high levels of equipment availability for internal customers.

You will compile and analyze equipment performance data, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements. As the site lead for CMMS, you will train local engineering teams on its use and escalate any issues to the global team as necessary. You will participate in coordinated projects and improvement programs to enhance maintenance procedures and reporting.
