Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in maintenance planning and asset management, with a strong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). You are skilled in managing spare parts and ensuring that technicians have the necessary resources to maintain equipment effectively. Your ability to analyze machine history data and performance metrics allows you to make informed recommendations for improvements.
You are a proactive communicator and a subject matter expert on CMMS software, capable of training and supporting your local engineering team. You understand the importance of aligning maintenance practices with international standards and are eager to participate in coordinated projects that enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Maintenance Engineering Planner, you will oversee the asset and spares management processes, ensuring that all equipment and spare parts are accurately recorded in the CMMS. You will lead the planning of preventative maintenance activities, ensuring that all necessary tasks are assigned to technicians to maximize equipment availability. Your role will involve compiling and analyzing equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts stock levels, placing and tracking orders as needed. Additionally, you will escalate any issues with the CMMS to the global team and participate in improvement programs to roll out new functionalities and procedures. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining high standards of reliability and performance within the engineering team.
