What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties effectively. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies, while also carrying out preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Your responsibilities will include scheduling additional servicing when required and suggesting improvements to standardize processes across the Brazil network.

You will play a critical role in solving equipment issues to minimize operational downtime, allowing the team to process packages efficiently. Your insights and observations will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to elevate the standards of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team.
