What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include supervising technicians on shift, providing guidance and support, and acting as a liaison between your team and the engineering department.

You will be tasked with solving equipment issues promptly to minimize operational downtime, allowing the team to process packages efficiently. Your role will also involve suggesting improvements to existing systems and processes, contributing to the overall success of the Brazil network.
