What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their tasks effectively. You will monitor equipment performance through visual checks and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional servicing as needed to minimize downtime. Your responsibilities will include supervising technicians on shift, acting as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers, and implementing best practices for equipment safety. You will also be tasked with suggesting improvements to systems and processes across the Brazil network, contributing to Amazon's commitment to innovation and efficiency.
