What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Amazon Leo, you will lead the production process development for a key module on our next-generation spacecraft. You will be responsible for the introduction, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, ensuring that they meet the high standards required for space applications. Your role will involve collaborating closely with design and development teams to influence future iterations of the system and its sub-assemblies.

You will serve as a key connection between design, factory operations, and program management, driving the technical execution of current production operations. Your responsibilities will include solving complex industrial challenges, optimizing production processes, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
