Who you are

You have over 4 years of professional marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you've developed and executed successful marketing strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and metrics to drive improvements and optimize marketing efforts. You are proficient in Excel and have experience with various traffic-driving mechanisms, including onsite merchandising, search, and social media. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.

You possess a deep understanding of customer cohorts and are skilled at analyzing data to drive initiatives that improve growth. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively with internal teams and brands, driving experiments on brand-funded coupons and influencer marketing. You are comfortable presenting insights and strategies to senior management, ensuring that your marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Desirable

Experience with gamification strategies and customer lifecycle management is a plus, as is familiarity with performance marketing techniques. You thrive in environments where you can audit traffic funnels and provide actionable insights to improve topline goals. Your ability to manage budgets and plan marketing metrics will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Manager at Amazon Pharmacy, you will own all key traffic drivers for the category, working closely with central traffic teams to advocate for your category. You will analyze customer cohorts and drive initiatives to improve growth, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and effective. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance the customer experience.

You will conduct in-depth analyses to determine the effectiveness of programs and continuously improve marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing the category’s style guidelines, merchandising calendar, and promotional packages for brand promotions. You will also audit the traffic funnel and provide weekly and monthly insights on gaps to topline goals, presenting your findings to senior management.

In addition, you will drive customer lifecycle management activities, focusing on customer acquisition and retention to foster growth. You will be responsible for planning category marketing metrics and budgets, ensuring that marketing inventory is monetized effectively to scale engagement with brands. Your ultimate goal will be to meet business objectives while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
