Your experience includes overseeing the maintenance acceptance of large-scale projects and providing leadership to facilities maintenance teams. You are comfortable with regional travel and have a flexible approach to work, adapting to the needs of the business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide field support for refrigeration sites across your assigned geography, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage relationships with vendors and oversee maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your responsibilities will include leading complex projects, mentoring facilities maintenance leadership, and participating in design reviews for new projects across North America. You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time, working from a corporate office when not on the road. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams through the commissioning of new refrigeration systems and ensuring that all operations meet Amazon's high standards for customer service.
