Job Description
Who you are
You have a background in engineering with experience in maintenance and repair operations, particularly in refrigeration systems. You are skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and have a proven ability to influence and develop relationships at all organizational levels. Your leadership style includes mentoring facilities maintenance leadership and operations teams, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of their roles.
You are familiar with the design review process and can provide professional recommendations on equipment standardization and procurement. Your experience includes overseeing the maintenance acceptance of large-scale, complex projects, ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of food safety and efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide field support for refrigeration sites across your assigned geography, collaborating closely with operations, field maintenance, and food safety partners. You will manage the maintenance and repair operations, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and that any issues are addressed promptly. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the commissioning of new projects and ensuring that they meet operational standards before going live.
You will be involved in the design review process, providing insights and recommendations that leverage scale and cost-saving opportunities. Your ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams will be crucial as you work to standardize maintenance practices across the North American market. You will also be expected to travel domestically up to 50% to support various sites and initiatives.
