You have a solid background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing manufacturing processes and assembly solutions for complex systems. You thrive on tackling challenging production problems with creative engineering solutions, and you're eager to pioneer new methods in robotics manufacturing. You understand the importance of providing design for manufacturing feedback to simplify designs for maximum production efficiency and scalability.

You are proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, which enables you to create flexible manufacturing concepts that support high-volume production while minimizing complexity and cost. Your ability to develop adaptable assembly processes is crucial in supporting product design iterations and managing variable quality of incoming materials. You are passionate about creating the manufacturing processes of tomorrow, rather than just optimizing those of today.

Desirable

Experience with robotics systems and a strong understanding of production techniques will set you apart. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies is a plus, as is a collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork across hardware engineering and production teams.
