What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for making appropriate sales judgments regarding pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will provide essential information to customers about medication usage and assist them in making informed decisions. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries via phone, where you will guide them through the purchasing process and promote self-medication practices. You will also oversee the accuracy of product descriptions on Amazon.co.jp, ensuring that all information is clear and compliant with regulations. Additionally, you will advise on safety and hygiene practices within the logistics center, contributing to a safe working environment. You will collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and feedback regarding medication side effects, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
