You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide accurate information to customers regarding medication use and safety. You are committed to ensuring that all sales practices adhere to the relevant laws and guidelines, particularly the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to contribute to the success of pharmaceutical projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for making appropriate sales judgments regarding pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. You will provide essential information to customers about medication usage and guide them in self-medication practices. You will also handle inquiries from customers regarding their symptoms and advise them on the suitability of medications. Additionally, you will oversee the safety and hygiene practices within the logistics center, ensuring that all operations meet the required standards. You will collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and provide aftercare for medication side effects.
