What you'll do

You will also handle inquiries from customers regarding their symptoms and advise them on the suitability of medications. Additionally, you will oversee the safety and hygiene practices within the logistics center, ensuring that all operations meet health standards. Your role will involve collaborating with the customer service team to address customer concerns and provide aftercare for medication side effects.
