Who you are
You are a qualified Medical Specialist with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance. You have experience in providing accurate information to customers regarding medication and are skilled in assessing the appropriateness of pharmaceutical sales. Your communication skills enable you to effectively interact with customers and provide necessary guidance on medication usage. You are detail-oriented and possess a sense of ownership in your responsibilities, ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for making appropriate sales judgments regarding pharmaceuticals in compliance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. You will provide accurate information to customers about medications and assist them in understanding proper usage. You will also handle inquiries from customers regarding their symptoms and advise them on the suitability of medications. Additionally, you will oversee the safety and hygiene practices within the logistics center, ensuring that all operations meet health standards. Your role will involve collaborating with the customer service team to address customer concerns and provide aftercare for medication side effects.
