Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a sales or advertising environment — you understand how to nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You are results-oriented and passionate about partnering with advertisers, educating them, and helping to solve ambiguous business problems. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data to understand trends and communicate the 'why' behind results effectively.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail partners to drive process improvement and foster collaboration. You are comfortable leveraging proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and external customers to facilitate their business goals. Your ability to mitigate risks before they become roadblocks is a key strength.
What you'll do
As a Sales Account Manager at Amazon, you will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals to drive revenue and achieve targets. You will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships and creating revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. Your role will involve analyzing data to understand trends and making actionable recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $85,800.00 - $150,100.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
