You have a passion for e-commerce and a desire to expand your retail skillset. As a self-starter, you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape how the world’s biggest brands grow on Amazon. You possess strong analytical skills and can turn data into actionable insights, ensuring vendor satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.

You excel in building productive, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, acting as their trusted business advisor. Your expertise in brand and category management allows you to provide strategic advice based on deep financial analysis and market trends. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and improve the customer journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a significant pool of Tier 1 vendors, acting as their primary point of contact. You will take end-to-end ownership of vendor relationships, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will drive catalog growth by managing new product launches and optimizing product discoverability, working closely with Media and Merchandising teams.

You will analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve traffic and conversion rates. Your role will involve facilitating high-level business relationships and ensuring operational excellence by improving product availability and reducing defects within the vendor’s supply chain. You will have the opportunity to gain 360 exposure to the e-commerce industry, opening a multitude of career paths across Amazon.
