Who you are

You have experience in logistics operations and are comfortable managing complex processes — you understand the challenges faced in the logistics industry and are eager to find innovative solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment that resembles a start-up, where every idea is valued and tested. You are adaptable and can deliver results in an ambiguous and fast-paced setting, ensuring that operations run smoothly seven days a week.

You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively monitor and evaluate the performance of external delivery service providers — your attention to detail ensures compliance with operational standards. You are a proactive communicator, able to work closely with partners and internal teams to drive improvements and resolve issues as they arise. You are committed to fostering an inclusive culture that empowers your colleagues to achieve their best.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the Control Tower for logistics operations managed by external partners — you will oversee the performance and compliance of these operations, ensuring that they meet Amazon's high standards. You will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence across delivery stations. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits and site visits to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

You will work closely with the logistics team to develop strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction — your insights will help shape the future of logistics operations at Amazon. You will also participate in the planning and execution of logistics initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team. Your role will require flexibility, as you may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of the operations, including working on holidays.
