What you'll do
As the Site EHS Manager II, you will be the safety champion for the Kenosha site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your role will involve conducting thorough site audits and managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care is always available. You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your strategic thinking and hands-on safety management will be essential in achieving Amazon's goal of becoming the benchmark of safety excellence across all industries.
