What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your role will involve managing safety compliance efforts, conducting thorough site audits, and ensuring that emergency response capabilities are in place. You will work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that enhance productivity while protecting associates. Your ability to bridge the gap between safety requirements and operational success will be crucial in shaping the safety culture at your site.
