You have a strong background in customer success and training, ideally with experience in technical environments like data centers. You understand the importance of empowering teams to be self-sufficient and have a knack for facilitating training programs that drive results. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with diverse teams, including engineers and managers, to ensure that training is planned and executed flawlessly. You are detail-oriented and capable of tracking key metrics to ensure data accuracy and reporting.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping clusters become self-sufficient in executing their training programs. You will collaborate closely with Training Coordinators and cluster managers to plan, assign, and schedule training activities effectively. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the Train-the-Trainer program, ensuring that each cluster has the right number and type of Certified Instructors to conduct training locally. You will also track key metrics for your clusters, ensuring data accuracy and assisting in the reporting of these metrics as required.

You will be part of a diverse team that includes software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers. Your role will involve addressing the most challenging problems in AWS infrastructure services, contributing to the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. You will be expected to bring your ideas to the table and work collaboratively to implement solutions that enhance customer success.
