Hightouch is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to ensure users maximize the value of their platform. You'll engage with customers through various channels and require a solid understanding of SaaS tools and API documentation. This role is remote and focused on customer interaction and technical support.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or technical support, with experience in engaging users and helping them derive value from complex platforms. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask enable you to handle various customer inquiries effectively, whether through Intercom, Slack, or phone. You possess a technical mindset, allowing you to read and understand API documentation and the workings of standard SaaS tools like CRMs and ERPs. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to learn SQL and other technical skills that enhance your ability to assist customers. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, and adapt well to the ever-changing landscape of technology and customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with users to ensure they can leverage the Hightouch platform to its fullest potential. You will answer questions and provide support through various channels, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Your technical understanding will allow you to guide users through the platform's features and functionalities, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with Hightouch.
