You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing email marketing programs and content strategies. Your background includes developing segmentation strategies and personalization approaches that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. You are skilled in tracking performance metrics and conducting A/B testing to optimize results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure the impact of your marketing efforts effectively, iterating on strategies based on engagement metrics. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving conversions through innovative marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Fire TV's global email marketing program. This includes developing and managing the email calendar, planning campaigns, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. You will also serve as the primary owner of the Fire TV blog, where you will develop a content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives. Your role will involve measuring blog performance and iterating on content strategies based on engagement metrics and business impact. Additionally, you will partner with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that drive business outcomes for the Fire TV storefront, supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive conversion on the storefront. Your day will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, connecting the dots between email, blog, and website marketing efforts.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $109,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
