What you'll do
In this role, you will provide seamless support to the Vice President and the leadership team, helping to drive organizational priorities forward. You will proactively manage and optimize calendars, ensuring that meetings are scheduled efficiently and that the VP is prepared for all engagements. Your responsibilities will include supporting travel arrangements, coordinating logistics, and participating in team leadership meetings to ensure effective follow-up on key actions and projects.
You will be expected to demonstrate a bias for action, taking initiative to anticipate needs and address them before they arise. Your role will require you to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances. You will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
What we offer
At Amazon, we offer a competitive salary range of $81,600.00 - $142,800.00 annually for the New York location and $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 for Arlington. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave, among other perks.
