Fundwell is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the leadership team. You'll manage complex calendars, handle sensitive information, and coordinate office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and discretion.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and proactive individual with experience in providing comprehensive support to executives. You possess exceptional discretion and flexibility, allowing you to manage both professional and personal tasks with equal care and attention to detail. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines is a key strength. You are comfortable serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. You thrive in environments where you can screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring effective communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the leadership team. You will be responsible for following up with internal and external stakeholders to hold them accountable and ensure that projects are progressing as planned. Planning and executing company events, offsites, and team gatherings will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate office operations and serve as a liaison with building management and vendors, ensuring that the office runs smoothly. Additionally, you will support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
