Job Description
Who you are
You are a proactive and customer-centric individual with a strong focus on the cash application processes. You possess excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all company policies are adhered to while providing exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. You are adept at analyzing data to uncover patterns and opportunities for accounts receivable optimization and performance improvement. Your ability to guide and supervise team members is complemented by your willingness to create and implement standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate application of payments received to customer accounts. You will prepare reporting on cash movements and month-end reporting, contributing to the Monthly Business Review process. You will support the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at increasing the percentage of timely payment applications. Additionally, you will communicate internally and externally to identify issues and propose long-term solutions for process sustainability. Your role will involve developing plans for cross-training and work shadowing to achieve the best results for customers.
