What you'll do

In this role, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team, where you will manage accounts receivable and handle customer queries. You will be responsible for cash applications, requiring you to research unapplied cash and reconcile accounts accurately. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring timely closure of payments, and providing growth ideas for process standardization and automation through projects like JDI and Kaizen. You will also perform complex reconciliations on customer payments, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance operations team.
