You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including finance professionals, tax teams, and service centers. Your ability to influence and lead change management programs is crucial for ensuring smooth regulatory launches that minimize impact on vendors and finance operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance Operations Business Partnership team, supporting Amazon's Latin America business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct implementation of regulatory changes in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll areas. You will collaborate closely with high-performing operations excellence and finance professionals to design processes that align with regulatory initiatives across the region.

You will lead efforts to implement change management programs with vendors, ensuring that all regulatory launches are executed smoothly and without disruption. Your role will require you to engage deeply with Stores and Stores Finance teams, Tax, Accounting, and Service Center to achieve the best results for Amazon's customers.
