Overview
Verkada is seeking an Account Executive to manage strategic accounts in LATAM. You'll be responsible for sourcing and closing new business while maintaining accurate pipeline management. This role requires a strong sales background and a deep understanding of Verkada's products.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in managing strategic accounts and exceeding sales quotas. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn about Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively present product demos and proposals to potential clients. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
Desirable
Experience in the physical security industry or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and a strong understanding of sales processes will help you excel in this role. A background in working with Fortune 500 companies is also advantageous, as you will be managing some of Verkada's most strategic accounts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with Verkada's most strategic accounts, focusing on sourcing and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to hosting online demos and creating proposals. Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, which will require you to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast sales effectively. You will engage in outbound phone calls, emails, and online demos, aggressively exceeding goals every quarter. Building a deep understanding of Verkada's products and their place in the industry will be essential for your success. You will also collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall sales performance.
